All guests must sign a waiver upon arrival before starting their tour. Please carefully review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: 

1. Booking Deposit • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 per ATV is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

2.Security Hold for Damages • All customers are responsible for any damages or repairs to their rented ATV . A credit or debit card must be kept on file for incidentals. • A temporary hold of $100 will be placed on the card for each ATV rented, and a $500 hold will be applied for each buggy rented. This hold will be fully released within 3-5 business days after the excursion, provided no damages occur due to customer negligence. 

3. Arrival Policy • All customers are required to arrive 15mins minutes prior to their scheduled start time. Failure to arrive on time will result in a $25 late fee for each ATV rented. 

4. Rescheduling Policy • Any rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the tour will incur a $50 fee per ATV rented.
